Because our work involves custom labor, technical planning, and dedicated engineering time, our refund and cancellation structures differ based on the type of service you purchase.

This policy details your options and financial responsibilities when initiating a cancellation or request for a refund.

2. Custom Software & Website Development Services

All custom engineering and development projects are managed under a milestone-based system detailed in your individual project Statement of Work (SOW) or master contract.

  • Project Deposits: Any initial advance deposits or setup fees paid before work begins are completely non-refundable, as they secure dedicated engineering resources and technical architecture planning.
  • Milestone Payments: Once a project milestone (such as UI/UX design approvals, alpha builds, or beta testing) is reviewed and approved by the client, the payment associated with that specific milestone is non-refundable.
  • Project Interruption: If you choose to cancel a project mid-development, you are financially responsible for all logged development hours and engineering milestones completed up to the official date of written cancellation.

Please Note: Refunds are never issued for completed custom code, deployed software modules, or hours already spent by our development team on your infrastructure.

3. Digital Marketing and Monthly Retainers (SEO & PPC)

Our search engine optimization and paid advertising campaigns require ongoing asset management, content generation, and ad placements.

  • Cancellation Notice: Monthly marketing retainers can be cancelled at any point by providing a written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to your next scheduled billing cycle.
  • No Retrospective Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for months of service already completed, active ad management cycles, or ad spend budgets already processed by networks like Google Ads.
  • Prepaid Campaigns: If you pre-pay for an extended, multi-month marketing package and choose to cancel early, any completed months will be billed at our standard, non-discounted monthly rate before a partial refund is calculated for the remaining, unstarted cycles.

4. Routine Website Maintenance Agreements

Website maintenance plans secure ongoing server monitoring, security updates, and regular backups.

You can cancel your subscription maintenance plan at any time. The cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds or partial credits for unused days inside an active billing month.

5. How to Initiate a Cancellation

To officially cancel a recurring service or pause a project, you must submit a clear, written request directly to your assigned project manager or via our administrative communications channels. A cancellation is not considered valid until you receive a formal written confirmation from our management team.

6. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to alter this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to match shifting business setups or updated regulatory frameworks. Any changes apply instantly to new service agreements and renewals following the publication of the update on this URL.
